Chelsea Courte Condominiums – Kirkland, WA (Seattle Area)
Chelsea Courte is a new, 29-unit condominium project located in Kirkland, Washington, 15 minutes north of Seattle. Pathfinder acquired the loan, secured by a first trust deed on the property, from a national bank in January, 2012.
Chelsea Courte contains 29 newly constructed, two-bedroom/two-bathroom condos (some with dens) with luxury finishes and fixtures, large floor plans and views of Totem Lake. The units range from 1,000 to 1,655 square feet with an average size of 1,251 square feet. The units feature condo quality interiors, including tile floors, custom hardwood cabinets, granite countertops, fireplaces and stainless steel appliances. Upon concluding the foreclosure, we plan to operate the project as a stabilized multi-family community.
