Crimson Park – Norman, OK (Cleveland County)
Crimson Park is a 268-unit, 792-bed, resort-style student housing complex located in Norman, Oklahoma, in close proximity to the University of Oklahoma. Pathfinder, its operating partner (a leading, national operator of student housing properties) and its capital partner acquired the senior loan on this project from a regional bank in August, 2010.
The Crimson Park project is comprised of five floor plans – 48 one-bedroom/one-bath, 36 two-bedroom/two-bath, 36 three-bedroom/two-bath, 28 three-bedroom/three-bath and 120 four-bedroom/two-bath units ranging from 660 to 1,360 square feet. The units are available either furnished or unfurnished and can accommodate individual by-the-bed leases. Amenities include a fitness center, clubhouse, computer center, three-tier resort style pool and hot tub, sand volleyball court, putting green and high-speed internet.
