Orangethorpe Plaza is a multi-tenant office complex in Anaheim, California. The project is comprised of two buildings with 104,000 square feet on a 4.8-acre lot. Pathfinder acquired the loan in April, 2011 and concluded foreclosure in June.

The property sits on the highly visible intersection of Orangethorpe Avenue and Raymond Avenue, within close proximity to the Raymond Avenue exit off the SR-91.
