Raintree Residential – San Diego County, California
Raintree Residential is a joint venture between Pathfinder Partners and the real estate investment affiliate of one of San Diego’s leading property management firms. Since its inception in 2010, Pathfinder Raintree Residential has acquired, renovated and leased scores of homes in San Diego County from bank real-estate owned (REO) departments and through short sales.
Raintree Residential acquires both detached single family homes and attached homes (condominiums, townhomes, and duplex/twin homes). The venture is focused on acquiring homes that are close to schools, parks and religious institutions. The homes are generally located in the harder-hit foreclosure areas in San Diego County, including Chula Vista, Eastlake, Escondido and San Marcos.
