Valencia Homes – Coachella, CA (Riverside County)
Valencia Homes is a 72-unit, detached, single-family home project consisting of 22 completed and partially-completed homes and 50 finished lots in Coachella (Riverside County), California. Pathfinder acquired the project from a multi-billion dollar national bank in July 2010.
The 22 homes are one and two-stories ranging from 1,646 to 3,041 square feet. The homes have 9′ ceilings, three-car garages and elevations with generous stonework. The interiors contain first-class finishes, including granite counter tops, ceramic tiling, maple cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The original homes sold for almost twice the current value, and we consider the homes to be the best available in the sub-market. The 50 finished lots, adjacent to the homes, average 7,200 square feet.
